Costs in the case of late payments
Missing payments could have severe consequences for you (e.g. forced sale) and make obtaining credit more difficult.

If a payment is late, a late fee of currently 50 SEK will be charged.

In case of overdue payments an additional reminder fee of currently 60 SEK will be charged.

Default interest will be charged at 24% of the amount for the late payment from the due date until payment has been received. Payment will also be charged for any costs incurred in case of debt collection measures in accordance with the law.

4. Other important legal aspects

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the credit agreement within a period of 14 calendar days.
Early repayment
You have the right to repay the credit early at any time in full or in part.
In case of an early payment, the cost for the credit during the period until the early repayment is made will be charged, but not for the time thereafter.

Exercise of the right of withdrawal The debtor can withdraw from the credit agreement by notifying Collector Bank about this within 14 days from the completion of the credit agreement or at latest when the credit agreement reaches the debtor. Messages about withdrawing from the credit agreement must be sent to Collector Bank at the address stated above. If the right for a withdrawal is exercised, the debtor must notify the creditor within the time period of the right to withdrawal. Unpaid credit amount and accrued interest must be paid within 30 days after the notice of withdrawal received. If payment is not received on time, a reminder fee of 60 SEK will be charged and default interest will be charged at an annual rate of 24% from the due date until payment has been received. If the debtor does not cancel the agreement within the stipulated time, the agreement will be considered binding.
